

I believe we can only create value in 2 areas. Innovation and Marketing. Other departments are costs. So for 27 years I have studied innovation for the market and cost reduction. My main experience is in beverage production, fruit processing, wine production, dairy production, aseptic production, from zero to the end consumer in all departments; supply chain, accounting, production, project management, layout and construction designs, logistics and even sales. My principle is to develop relationships with all the players and achieve success with the team. I am happy to see my team in high positions. The main reason why I feel strong in all these areas is that I have knowledge and experience in all the machinery and equipment in the subjects I have mentioned and all the components used in these products, with all the technical details. For example, I can design an evaporator, fruit processing equipment, a storage system, or equipment used in an uht process with algorithms and I can have machine production made from scratch. I can also design the recipe parameters of all products, both process and components, with all the details.
