I would like to call it as my new enterprise but it is a path for me to work about.

• Enhanced guest satisfaction by promptly addressing concerns and resolving issues.
• Contributed to positive TripAdvisor, Google maps, Holiday Inn reviews by consistently providing exceptional service to all guests.
• Created welcoming and comfortable environment for guests.
• Later because of my knowledge i started to give Ceramic Painting/Natural Stone jewelry making workshops.

• Maintained clean, neat, and operational facilities to serve program needs.
• Mentored new volunteers, fostering a supportive and inclusive team environment.
• I was organising family dinners, hiking-yatch tours, sunset barbeques and making videos with my action cam as a memory for the guests.

• With the materials which i found in nature during my hikes like porcupine quills, feathers, seeds, branchs, minerals and crystals i started to craft handmade jewelry. (Without harming animals, i just picked the dropped ones!)

• Conducted pre-tour briefings to set expectations and share important information, enhancing guest preparedness and satisfaction.
• Led tours in multiple languages, broadening audience reach and inclusivity of tour offerings.
• Guided groups of up to 40 people on scheduled tours.

• I created three ideas for Sales-Marketing Management.
  Becoming sponsor to online games was my idea cause if you are serving a fast connection it is a plus for online gamers and as one of them i have the knowledge how important it is. And i sent a representation to Area Sales Menager as mail. A few months later they become sponsor of LoL(League of Legends).

• İ started to work in this room escape game. It was something new in entertainment industry. It was owned by one of my friends friend. Than i bought the business.
  İ will explain you room escape game;
  -As real person you have to be a group min 2-max 5 people (it is not a virtual,pc,online game)
  -I was in a private room, opening the door with a mechanism, telling the rules, watching you from cameras and guiding you till the end of the came
  -You are entering a apartment-flat and you are locked in here
  -You have one hour to escape with your friends-team
  -Every door- some furniture have chains,locks on them and there are clues which will guide you to enter the right password.
  -The main theme was about intelligence-psychological pressure, not horror or other things.
  It was an opportunity to make personal analysis from camera records and work with companies.
  

• It was the first experience in my life with using my English in a business. The owner of the Aktur Lunapark was our neighbor and his son was a friend. One night he called me and told me that a manager and engineer will come meeting about new offers - building up a big machine, and asked me if i can be translator. It was a shock for me i was just 18 years old and never had experience like that. Of course i didn't have any choices and i accepted. Than i become a part of business.
