Summary

Shortly after graduating from Dokuz Eylul University’s Maritime Business Administration Department in 2021, I began working as a Customer Service Support at Freightlead LLC in September 2021. In this role, I managed logistics operations in the United States with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. After gaining expertise in port and ramp operations, I coordinated cargo deliveries across all regions of the U.S., developed a solid understanding of customs procedures, and handled customers’ ISF entries. In January 2023, I was promoted to Customer Service Specialist, where I strengthened customer relationships, ensured smooth operations, and contributed to service quality improvements. On August 28, 2023, I joined Mare Logistics as an Operations Specialist, where I manage export cargo operations and oversee handling processes in Turkey. I am currently continuing in this role.
