The Sosyal Lig project, where I was working as an outsourced QA, was brought under the umbrella of Runegames. I then transitioned to an in-house role at Runegames, where I am currently employed as a Software QA Test Engineer. Throughout my time in this position, I have been involved in all aspects of the testing processes for the application. I conducted smoke, regression, and end-to-end (E2E) tests on iOS and Android devices across Dev, Stage, and Prod environments. I expanded test scenarios to cover more cases, including edge cases, which prevented issues from reaching the production environment. Additionally, I identified a frequently recurring bug type during bug reporting and tracking, investigated its root cause, and shared this insight with the development team, reducing the occurrence of such bugs. I used tools like Firebase, Clevertap, and Browserstack. For task management, I utilized the Kanban framework within the Agile methodology through Jira.

I received training in testing methodologies, technologies used in the testing industry, and testing techniques at Testinium for 1 month. The training covered topics such as Java, Selenium, Gauge, Appium, SQL, Agile, Karate, and Postman. After the training, I started working as an outsourced QA on the Petrol Ofisi Sosyal Lig project. I used Jira for task tracking, bug reporting, and follow-up. I supported manual testing processes, wrote test cases for modules, created smoke and regression test sets, executed them, and reported the necessary test results. I conducted mobile application tests on Android and iOS platforms. During this period, I gained experience with Agile Kanban and Agile Scrum methodologies. I also used tools like Browserstack, Clevertap, and Firebase. Alongside the Sosyal Lig project, I worked on test automation for the Petrol Ofisi Bayiportal website for 3 months. I carried out the automation work using Java, Selenium, and Gauge. I wrote automation scripts and maintained existing test cases.
