  • In addition to the existing ADSL infrastructure in the network infrastructure, two ME internet transitions and Forti Firewall transfers have been successfully completed. (Türkcel Fiber ME, Vodafone ME, Turk Telekom ADSL)
  • The company's triple-redundant internet infrastructure has been prepared. The necessary firewall definitions have been successfully completed.
  • The company's Network Visio Topology for TR has been prepared.
  • The Wi-Fi infrastructure has been enhanced by preparing the necessary Wi-Fi designs for the Unify Ubuquti 24-Port SW, and activating new Unify Access Points. (Additional ADSL Wi-Fi)
  • In Wi-Fi systems, the Turkcel ME internet, Vodafone ME internet, and TT ADSL internet infrastructures have been activated in a triple-redundant structure.
  • The necessary VLAN definitions for the HP Aruba 48-Port (6) SW configurations have been completed, ensuring system redundancy.
  • Monitoring of all devices has been ensured using the PRTG Monitoring tool. Point-to-point monitoring of the required PRTG WAN IP addresses has been achieved using SNMP Version 2.
  • The company's IT inventory was reorganized, necessary device labels were provided, and all devices were recorded.

Projects worked :

  • Relocation responsibilty for IT products and users devices from Gayrettepe location to Acıbadem New office(I have done this successfull relocation transition on my own in the end of 2019)
  • Moving and activating PSTN lines to the new location (planned with TT)
  • Planning 200 PRI/DID IDs to be used from line 212 to line 216 and switching to new desk phones with this ID.
  • Integration of all user desk equipment into the new office.
  • Calculating the required number of Access Points by creating a heat map of the new office environment.
  • Purchasing the cabling and materials needed and arranging them in the cabinet.
  • In Acıbadem Location from Gayrettepe, 2XFirewall, 10Xswitch, 20 AP devices were activated in the new office and Cisco Voice server was activated.
  • Design of meeting rooms and installation of new 1XCisco MX500, 2XRoom 55 devices in Acıbadem location. Ciso Room Mini kit integration and installation with Samsung Flipchart
  • Progression of SAP Purchase in the scope of TR IT Department. Triggering the purchasing process and appoval into SAP system.
  • Providing Sophos bitlocker migration of notebook devices in the international infrastructure (completed in 2019 - Disk protection is provided for around 145 clients with Sophos bitlocker.)
  • Completion of the activation and transition of the mobile phones provided to the users by the company in the Sophos MDM infrastructure (completed in 2021).
  • Installation of Metrocity Datacenter Nutanix nodes in the cabin and providing support during expansion processes.
  • Transition of that all client devices were installed with FortiEMS in order to move out to the Multi-Factor authentication infrastructure (completed in 2022).
  • İntegration of Multi-Factor autentication to corperate mobiles phones.(2021)
  • Increasing the TTI infrastructure from 1G capacity to 10G capacity. Meanwhile, 2 Mellanox Core switches were commissioned and infrastructure transition was provided as star topology. (We worked together with Atos company.)
  • Management of TTI Radore data center TTI cabinets and devices
  • Managing the purchasing processes of all user mobile phones and delivering them to the user with MDM installed (2 years is the life cycle change period)
  • Installing new notebook devices arriving at the location by distributing them with Microsoft SCCM, making end-user device changes by migrating bitlocker
  • IT scrap policy management (Approximately 10 years old devices within TTI were scrapped by me and contributed to the company.)
  • Participating in IT internal audits and providing support to the processes.
  • Management of Call Manager Cisco phones
  • Providing devices after the new user onboard recruitment process and providing internal orientation to TTI company IT.
  • As an IT specialist, ensuring the control and resolution of devices in case of interruptions that may occur in the TTI infrastructure.
