Seeking employment as an Accounting Associate at international group companies where excellent relationship and communication skills, competence in managing multiple tasks with little supervision, and strong attention to detail will be applied in providing quality fullcycle accounts payable assistance for the company.
-Able to effectively control the Food & Beverage Cost.
-Control the Food and Beverage outlets in terms of wastage, pilferage and efficiency.
-Prepare variance analysis for food & beverage and communicating with relevant parties.
-Update and maintain receipts into the systems (MC).
-Check and verify all complimentary sales in POS systems.
-Check and verify all staff meals and staff discounts.
-Check and verify all Package meals.
-Check the cost of sales in all F&B outlets and ensure that the costs are within budget.
-Check the menu pricing on the POS systems and ensure the correct prices are loaded.
-Check the restaurant and bar checks on daily.
-Check the complimentary and confirm that all are approved.
-Daily Import of Micros Sales to Materials Control system.
-Tally all end of shift reports generated from all POS tills.
-Continuously study weaknesses in F&B control implemented at the Hotel and provide suggestions for improvements.
Check the daily Food & Beverage revenues report submitted by the income audit for the accuracy of covers and average check.
-Checking the expense invoices and accounting them based on the necessary approvals.
- Comparing stock invoices with purchase orders, checking the accuracy of the invoice and accounting.
- Accounting of cash collection and payment transactions on a daily basis in accordance with the procedures.
- Comparing the credit card collections with the system on a daily basis and ensuring their agreement with the bank.
-Bank transfers are processed into current accounts or reservations and monitored daily.
- Making daily, weekly and monthly bank reconciliations.
- Control of income invoices
- Ensuring that seller payments are made on time and completely in accordance with the procedures.
-Supporting the accounting manager in giving VAT and withholding.
- Ensuring that the buyer and seller current and BA-BS agreements are made and recorded.
- Supporting buyer collections and weekly aging control.
- Submission of daily and monthly cash flow statements and Payment-Collection reports to the management.
- Preparation and approval of the bank order of the payments to be made.
- Preparing the restaurant and table for the service before the service.
-Always smiling, gentle, unhurried, tolerant and warm towards guests.
-To accompany guests in sitting and getting up on their chairs.
- To advise guests on food and drink and to increase sales.
- To ensure that the orders received are delivered to the kitchen and the bar and delivered to the table on time.
- Watching the table remotely without disturbing, and responding to requests and questions willingly.
- Following the accounts and ensuring their collections.
- To give attention to health and hygiene issues.
- Checking that the income of the products sold in various parts of the hotel is entered into the system.
- To follow up on which approval the discounts are made, if any.
- Checking the additions daily and archiving them in accordance with the procedures.
-Making monthly buyer and seller reconciliations.
-Realization of the BA-BS reconciliations.
- Performing the collections of organizations such as weddings, accommodation prepayments, meetings as cash, credit card or check and entering the relevant accounting record into the system.
- Follow-up of membership collections and income invoices of the relevant department in the fitness / SPA section in a timely and complete manner.
- Ensuring that the guests coming to the entertainment park enter the entertainment area that I am responsible for, wristband and ticket control.
-Before operating the entertainment device in the relevant area, ensuring that it is carefully controlled by eye.
-To complete the organization safely by ensuring the control of situations that may endanger the guests, such as height, accessories, before the guests get on the relevant entertainment device, and by warning with a gentle language in case of a negative situation.
-To ensure that the cleaning and technical maintenance of the area I am responsible for is done on time and completely.
