- Directing the Design, Planning and Production departments according to the priorities on the vessel. If necessary, determining the production priority of the outfitting elements and pipes of the drawings and planning to be published according to the priorities of the vessel. Then, management of the process of installing the manufactured pipes and outfitting elements on the vessel.
- Project management in means of pipe production, cabling, vessel outfitting, prioritizing painting of rooms, machinery works,
- Equipment installation operation planning according to arrival dates of all equipments of vessel, determination of patch plans and order of preparation of rooms in order to equipment installation and executing the whole operation.
- Executing and planning of pipe outfitting and cabling regarding the prior to equipment commissioning.
- Preparation of commissioning plans and detection of the obstacles for the start-ups. Eliminating these obstacles before the start-up date by coordinating the Purchasing, Production and Planning departments.
- Completion of HATs with class approval and preparation of the vessel for Sea Trial.
- Planning which tests should be performed for the systems that need to be delivered to the shipowner according to the specification before the Sea Trial and mutual approval with the shipowner. Subsequently, delivery of the items agreed upon in the Sea Trial to the shipowner.
- After the Sea Trial, the contract price of the ship is finalized based on the variation orders and the ship is delivered to the shipowner at the closing meeting.

- Live Fish Carrier NB59, M/V Njord Kya, 79m, Diesel mechanic propulsion 2800m3, Njord Aquashipping. Delivered in 2025.
- Multi Purpose Vessel, 118m, Electric Propulsion.

- Monitor and analysis of the projects budget and cash flow with actual costs, progress reporting to management
- Evaluate of contract technical details and preparing/control action plans accordingly
- Working in cooperation with the owner representatives on behalf of the shipyard regarding the commercial and technical issues
- Coordinate of workflow between the ship owners, shipyard, subcontractors, design offices, suppliers, and classification societies and flag authorities
- Organize the kick-off meetings with the attendance of the shipyard's assigned personnel from all disciplines, the major system suppliers, designers and the ship owners for detailed discussions and project development
- Collaborate with class organizations, flag authorities and the owner representatives to follow and close the project related comments and remarks.
- Processing and tracking the technical procurement process into IFS
- Provided technical expertise throughout all phases of the project, ensuring accurate execution of designs and specifications.
