-In charge of managing retail operation of DS damat in 2 countries;
12 retail stores in Romania(11 mono-brand store, 1 online store) and 1 mono-brand store in Netherlands.

-Defining sales targets (store by store) in beginning of each quarter and re-check in beginning of every month and declare to sales team based on annual sales targets and performance of last 5 years of stores,
-Following the seasonal orders of stores, to determine the working conditions with the general coordinator at the beginning of each season,
-Analyzing KPI, P&L reports of stores. Defining sales strategies and budget for following periods based on data,
-Overseeing the daily operations with sales team, managing inventory and inspection of new products to make sure right product at right place at right time,
-Reporting turnover and sales performances to company board regularly,
-Preparing forecast reports of store sales to be able manage budget efficiently (weekly, monthly and seasonal)
-Monitoring and maintaining the product stock and organization of units,
-Ensuring that works such as sales and campaign tracking, ensuring seasonal shipments are carried out on time and visiting stores in a period,
-Organizing special production processes if needed based on glocalization strategies,
-Management of staff hiring processes to work in stores which are under responsibility,
-Motivating and pushing sales team in store to increase sales and reaching sales targets,
-Managing process of creating a product portfolio for football teams for new sponsorship agreements to be made such as;
