• Involved in the new SFA system setup from beginning to end, managed module developments for system improvement, conducted UAT tests, and overseen version transitions. Planned distributor division processes and leaded operations working closely with 3rd party software company, business development and IT department.

Request and Issue Management:

• Conducting preliminary analysis of requests from users and decision-makers, and communicating these to the supplier.
• Performing initial analysis of issues encountered and providing possible solutions.
• In cases where a solution cannot be provided, escalating the issue to the supplier with full details and tracking progress until resolution.

Data and System Accuracy:

• Ensuring the accuracy of system master data (product, customer, price list, etc.)
• Ensuring that special sales conditions (such as campaigns) requested by the sales team are accurately set up in the system.

Testing and User Training:

• Preparing relevant test scenarios and performing acceptance testing in cases of software or business process changes.
• Providing hand terminal or back-office training for new users.

Approval and Authorization Processes:

• Managing necessary tracking and authorization within approval processes.
• Handling the invoice approval process between Distributors and Pernod Ricard.

•Provided pre-exam support to students for the course calculus for Engineering.

•Mentored students through office hours and one-on-one communication.
