Reporting to the Director of People and Culture, the Manager of People Engagement is responsible for gaining a deep understanding of PMI/Turkey employees' experience. This role uses data to develop a comprehensive internal engagement and communication strategy aimed at enhancing engagement, sense of belonging, and advocacy for PMI. Key areas of focus in crafting this strategy include change management and inclusion and diversity. All efforts must effectively communicate to the organization, addressing the needs of both employees and the business.
