  • Recording customer orders in the ERP system, monitoring production processes, inventory levels, delivery schedules, and shipments; managing customer complaints and feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Regularly monitoring customer stock, order, and occupancy levels.
  • Tracking customer receivables and credit limits; managing and reporting COFACE and EXIMBANK processes.
  • Ensuring effective communication with the Planning, Quality, R&D, and Logistics departments to meet customer demands.
  • Presenting new collections to customers, developing new products based on market and customer needs, and enhancing showroom diversity.

  • Collaborating with the regional manager to conduct customer visits; preparing for visits and presentations; participating in national and international trade fairs.

  • Working with the Product Development Unit to increase the variety of collection products and designs.
  • Conducting market, customer, and competitor analyses, creating SWOT analyses, and reporting to management.
