As plant maintenance manager , I am responsible for keeping boron carbide production plant always ready for production and continous process.

Construction ,civil works, commissioning engineering phases of project was completed with EPC contractor Chineese company CMEC .

A special factory with production process and equipments for defence industry and boron carbide .

Maintenance of Electrical arc furnaces, sulphuric acid lines, carbon removal process equipments, sedimentation tanks, crushers ,transformers, dedusting equipments ,sanders ,pumps

• Maintenance of Gold and zinc mine process equiments

• Attended all construction,commisisioning and start-up operations of Metso minerals crushing and screening equipments (Apron feeder,VG540 Scalper screen,C120 Jaw crusher,GP300S Secondary crusher,HP5 Tertiary crusher,conveyor belt systems,ERSEL Ball mills ,Pre-leach thickener(OUTOTEC),Leach tanks and agitators,CIP Pumpcell,Detox unit and its equipments,ADR and chemical preperation plant,NaCN area,Fire water lines and tanks,all slurry and water pumps ,Atlas Copco compressors and blowers, ISHIGAKI Filter presses and dry waste stocking area pumps and also mobile equipments .(Hi-up,Telehandler,Mini loader,Lightning towers,generators etc
• Also responsible for Laboratory equipments and their maintenance operations
• Supplying raw and potable water for main production plant .(12 km HDPE pipeline with 10 l/s water supply )

• Responsible for Preparation of annual budgets of maintenance department

• Auxiliary Plants : Coal storage yard plant with 2 stacker/reclaimer machines having capability of 900 t/h stacking and 600 t/h reclaiming of 0-50 mm coal fuel transported from mining department coal Washing plant and after handling with 2 stackers-reclaimers and conveying it through Yard belt conveyor systems to coal handling system
• Coal handling system with 4 Gundlach crushers that crushes the coal under 10 mm and handles it with belt conveyors of 600 t/h conveying capacity .It also includes coal sampling unit and environmental protection systems with filters,rotary feeders and vacuum cleaning systems
• Limestone preparation process with 2 vertical mills of 90 t/h milling capacity of limestone from 20-50 mm to 45 -700 microns,pneumatic transportation of micronised limestone to Daily silos in boiler plant with pipelines via service air supplied from a compressor station of limestone preparation process
• 600 t/h ash (fly ash,bed ash) handling system with 3 silos ,ash humidifiers(mixers) ,mixing water system , and belt conveyor systems including tube belt, -ash storage yard with a capacity of 3.550.000 m3 with ash humidifying pumping station, -limestone handling 60 t/h to boiler plant -limestone and ash silos process Design and Management-

• The investment consists of : increasing the ball mills from 2 to 4 in grinding department; installing and operating of 32 pcs of SMD ( 32X355 Kw )and 2 pcs of VTM 1500 Kw mills with their all slurry pumps,cyclones,pipelines,vanes ans steel construction producing and installing operations in ultrafine grinding department ,( METSO MINERALS ) -Additional of new 5 thickeners of 36 m diameter (3000 m3) -Installation of new merrill crowe (2400 m3/h ) solution unit consisting of 9 precipitate filters and 9 clarifier filters,zinc dust feeding system,vacuum pumps etc
• At the same time organising the routine maintenance operations of the factory with 65 employees in maintenance workshop
