I am a dynamic and results-driven Project Engineer with bachelor degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering. I specializing in international tenders and project management. Fluent in Russian, English, and Turkish, I use my multilingual skills to bridge communication gaps, build strategic partnerships, and expand business opportunities across different regions. My expertise in procurement and supplier relations has enabled me to secure 20+ service center agreements in 6+ countries, strengthening after-sales networks and operational efficiency. In 2024 alone, I participated in 75+ tenders, gaining extensive experience in bid preparation, contract negotiations, and market analysis. Currently, I am leading the execution of a government-awarded tender project in Uzbekistan, overseeing the supply of 65 critical items to three regions for the establishment of technological centers. I develop my self in effective project management and communication. My keen ability is to always find a way out & compromises from critical situations and be open to new knowledge. My goals: to be the best in my field and be useful to my nation and society. I am currently open to a new role that will enhance my skills and experience.
