• Support and improve SAP QM, MM and PP-related business processes across pharmaceutical quality, manufacturing, procurement and material management operations.
• Gather requirements from business users, analyze end-to-end processes and translate operational needs into SAP configurations, functional requirements and process improvements.
• Perform SAP customizing activities and investigate incidents involving configuration, master data, authorization, custom development, business process logic and system integrations.
• Conduct root cause analysis using SAP debugging, SQL-based data review and end-to-end process analysis, providing structured findings and functional guidance to consultants and developers.
• Coordinate change requests and additional developments from requirement clarification through development, technical testing, user acceptance testing, production deployment and post-go-live verification.
• Plan and execute functional, integration, regression and negative tests before solutions are released to end users; document defects and verify corrections through structured retesting.
• Support integrations between SAP, QMex Quality Management Tool and other internal or third-party applications by validating data flows, field mappings and system outputs.
• Collaborate with Quality, Production, Supply Chain, Pharmacovigilance, IT teams and external vendors, while preparing requirements, test scenarios, process documentation and user guidance in a GMP/GxP-regulated environment.

• Supported the IT Process Management team in SAP-related user requests, process analysis and system testing activities.
• Assisted with the documentation and follow-up of incidents, change requests and business requirements.
• Gained practical experience in pharmaceutical IT processes, SAP applications and cross-functional collaboration in a GMP-regulated environment.

Continued with the company in a full-time IT Process Management role after the internship.
