  • Improving process lactic acid controls in the production of Black Carrot Juice Concentrate, the highest value-added product, and reducing the amount of non-conforming products by 90% compared to previous years
  • 800 tonnes of idle stock to be re-prescribed and used as a saleable product
  • 45% improvement in customer complaints through effective food safety culture practices and accurate process controls
  • Determining the roles of personnel in critical specific subjects in the quality unit, categorising the work processes of quality laboratories, establishing process, dispatch and microbiology units
  • No major non-conformities in global customer audits and certification audits with the quality team, decreasing graph in the number of minor non-conformities
  • Increased customer satisfaction by 500% compared to the first production in 2020 thanks to the monitoring and development of process quality parameters and standardisation of the process with continuous improvement management in order to produce Orange Carrot Juice Concentrate, which is not widely produced in Turkey, in accordance with the specific criteria of Japanese customers.
