• Perform research, design, and development of manufacturing processes
• Take charge in the production flow, assembly methods, and production equipment as well as promoting sustainability, maximizing safety and wellbeing of the employees

• Coordinate launch of new/revised manufacturing upgrades including establishing goals, training team members, and evaluating results
• Prepare and maintain detailed layouts of buildings and equipment

• Process safety studies were carried out in different industrial facilities

• Studies were carried out to determine the hazard class of industrial facilities that produce

• HAZOP studies were conducted and reported

• Risk analysis diagrams are created and reported

• Process flow diagrams are brought into compliance with regulations and recreated.

• Prepared feasibility and study reports for future decisions on new investments,
• Investigated possible technology/process selection for new deployments
• Examined engineering equipment, construction, and manufacturing assembly costs
• Took part in the preparation of investment term plans, process design principles, process engineering visuals (Flow charts, Mass and Energy balances, P&I diagrams, datasheets)
• Assisted in the procurement, evaluation and procurement decision process related to equipment, and materials in Turkey and abroad
• Prepared all experiments in the pilot system and laboratory process

• Engineering calculations for industrial mine grinding systems were made

• Mineral processing and enrichment processes were created

• Equipment sizing and technical manufacturing drawings for industrial crushers, conveying equipment and screens were created.
