“Request For Proposal” ‘s (RFP) and handling

negotiations with clients.

•Operations and Compliance to provide its clients a

smooth day-to-day business

• Assisting both the branch manager and portfolio managers
• To manage the branch platform
• Understanding the needs of customers coming to the branch and meeting with the portfolio manager

• Answering incoming calls and terminating the call by fulfilling the customer's request as soon as possible
• Making external searches related to credit card, credit, debit card, additional card product sales marketing and customer information update
• Making call centre recruitment interview calls and inviting the candidates to the exam
