As the accounting responsible for the Alanya and Side regions, affiliated with the central office in Antalya, my responsibilities include ensuring the collection of tour guide sales receipts, processing them into relevant accounts, making payments for guide salaries, bonuses, and commissions, as well as recording office expenses into the appropriate accounts. Providing daily cash reports to the management, regular auditing of guide accounts, managing cash flow, and handling banking transactions.

Transferring daily bank movements to the accounting system via cash flow, ensuring control. Transferring the cash expenditures from the cashier to the relevant accounts via cash flow and ensuring their control. Follow-up control of tradesmen accounts. Preparation of monthly weekly financial reports and sending them to the relevant units. Follow-up of unpaid airline tickets.

Ensuring that the invoices received from the contracted tradesmen are checked and reconciled according to the relevant tours in the system.

Processing company cash income and expenses into the system and related accounts. sending daily and weekly cash reports to the management.

Collection of tour sales from hotel guides. Payment of necessary salary premium commissions. Processing of guide collections to the relevant accounts. Follow-up of store sales, month-end reconciliations and processing of related accounts. Payment of commissions to the relevant guides according to the store sales reports.

Checking the bookings received from international operators from the system and confirming them according to hotel availability.

Checking the proforma invoices received from foreign tour operators according to the relevant hotel agreements, correcting and confirming the erroneous ones.

Properly checking and processing the hotel bookings received from tour operators abroad, passing the bookings to the relevant hotels and following up the confirmations.

Ensuring the control of the passenger lists of the flights with sky airlines within the company from the system and reporting the no show passengers, archiving the documents - tickets related to the flight.

Allocating vehicles suitable for the number of people according to the flight times of the daily guests coming from abroad and the holiday resort they will go to and following up the transfers.

According to the transfer program from the operations department, meeting the guests coming from abroad to play golf at the airport and transferring them to the hotel where they will stay.

Contacting the insurance companies of deceased foreign guests throughout Turkey, preparing and following up the necessary documents to send their bodies to their countries.
