- Performing elective surgeries including laparoscopic cholecystectomy, hernia repair, thyroidectomy and mastectomy.

- Participate in on-call rotations for emergency surgeries.

- Managing a high-volume trauma service, performing urgent surgical interventions including emergency laparotomies, and limb salvage and vascular repair procedures.

- Directing trauma resuscitations as part of a multidisciplinary team, ensuring rapid stabilization and optimal outcomes for critically injured patients.

- Managing a diverse caseload of trauma patients, including complex cases of penetrating and blunt trauma and war injuries.

- Performing emergency surgeries such as exploratory laparotomies, vascular repairs, and thoracotomies.

- applying the principles of damage control surgery including temporary laparotomy, shunting injured vessels, clamshell thoracotomy and dealing with heart injuries.

- Monitoring injured patients in the Intensive Care Unit.
