Support and Delivery Manager
- Currently working as software support manager of a global company operating in the payment industry. Managing a team of 8 people.
- The team provides level 2 support for problems coming from the customers related to EFTPOS and ECRPOS devices.
- Some of our customers are chain stores, software integration provider firms and banks. In short, we provide support to all companies operating in the payment sector through a dedicated ticket system.
- Providing and maintaining software delivery packages for local and remote installation of EFTPOS & ECRPOS software packages.
- Supporting customers via telephone, email, ticket system and at sites to handle escalations and product concerns.
- Monitoring customer quality metrics and taking proactive steps to implement resolutions and restoring acceptable levels.
- Collaborating with cross-functional departments to formulate product and process improvements based on customer feedback.
- Motivating and developing employees to overcome challenges and achieve goals to boost efficiency and performance.
