-Scope of my responsibilities included all coating lines (ETL,CGL,CCL,ETL-IL) and steel service lines (ETL-SH, SL and SH)

Before the production started, worked on project erection and commissioning of these lines.

-Project control and coordination of subcontractors and line technical suppliers

-Erection and commissioning electrical jobs tracking, reporting;

-Scope of project; transformer, PCC, cable, cable trays, automation panels and instrument erection and commissions jobs.

-I/O checks and machine function checks.

-Hot Commissioning complete line functional check, maintenance, trouble-shooting.

-Complete line package units (TMEIC welder , IMS coating gauges, EMG strip guiding systems , IPS, Inducto-Therm...)

-Production phase planning maintenance , troubleshooting for electrical and automation problems

-Managed documentation efforts related to the design, installation, and operation of automated systems, ensuring accurate records were maintained for future reference.(Using IBA Tracking Software)

-Participated in root cause analysis efforts to resolve complex issues related to automated equipment performance.

-Preparation of maintenance plans of line equipments

-Preparation of spare part lists and critical equipment lists

-Planning and coordination of electrical jobs and technicians for maintenance

-Managed all electrical and automation jobs in Melt shop (EAF, LF, RMH,FTP and CCM)

-Organisation of maintenance and repair jobs, Trouble-shooting of electrical and automation problems.Participated in root cause analysis efforts to resolve complex issues related to automated equipment performance.

-Managed documentation efforts related to the design, installation, and operation of automated systems, ensuring accurate records were maintained for future reference.

-Planned and organised maintenance of the EAF , LF power transformer and online tap changers.

-Used Siemens PLCs, ABB and Siemens LV Drives , WINCC and Wonderware Intouch for the scada systems

-Worked as an Electrical & Automation Engineer for Meltshop and Thin Slab Caster.

- Worked with line supplier company and subcontractor for Erection and commissioning jobs in meltshop (EAF, LF, RMH, FTP , Carbon and Oxygen Systems and TSC)

-Worked with Siemens S7 300,S7 400 PLCs, Wonderware Intouch and Siemens WINCC Scada

-Maintenance and control of the Instrumentations, Transformers , ABB and Siemens Drives were in our responsibilities.

-Managed the organisation of maintenance and repair, Trouble-shooting of electrical and automation problems, working to prevent the problem not to repeat in the future

-Made revisions to the HMI and PLC software to improve line performance and minimize line production stoppages.
