• Palivizumab leadership: Managed KEE network across neonatology, paediatric cardiology, and paediatric pulmonology; strengthened product adoption through targeted scientific exchanges. Additionally, acted as field lead in a non-promotional public health initiative – the “Ten Tene Temas” project – in collaboration with the Turkish Neonatology Society, promoting early kangaroo care for preterm infants in NICUs. The project aimed to reduce fear around skin-to-skin contact, support caregiver engagement, and improve recovery outcomes for premature babies.
• Anifrolumab pre-launch pioneer: Performed national KEE mapping and segmentation from scratch, rapidly establishing rheumatology engagement platform in a new therapy area; received internal recognition award from the Medical Director for outstanding contribution to the launch success.
• Clinical trial oversight: Co-led the Turkish arms of two anifrolumab studies and one first-in-class gastrointestinal immunology study—driving feasibility, site initiation visits, and continuous site support.
• Pipeline readiness (anti-infectives): Identified and engaged leading infectious disease experts; guided optimal site selection for upcoming studies through evidence-based KEE mapping.
