• Planning HQ Datacenter, E-Commerce Datacenter, head offices, branch offices, campus buildings and warehouses topology of network

• Traffic routing configuration and troubleshoot on CE and PE routers in a large scaled MPLS VPN network
• Giving support to installation and configuring new equipments on customer sites
• Configuring routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, RIP and MPLS between CE and PE routers
• Giving support to lower layer support groups on complex problems of the customer
• Good Knowledge and Experience on Checkpoint 4200, 4400, 4600
• Good Knowledge and Experience on Arbor
• Good Knowledge and Experience on Fortigate 3240C 3950B
• Good Knowledge and Experience on IPSEC VPN, SSLVPN, APP/URL Filtering, Mobil Access
• Basic Knowledge and Experience on F5 Load Balancer

• Taking part in Switch, Router installation and maintenance services
• To take part in modem, switch, router installation, fault detection and maintenance processes of services (GHDSL, ADSL, VDSL, ME, Lisedline) provided by ISPs to end customers
• To provide solutions for malfunctions and demands of Migros, SOK, HSBC companies
• Providing 3rd level support for all of network teams
