  • Developed my teaching techniques and strategies that resulted in shifting from being a first grade teacher to a Grade ten teacher. Then, becoming a certified examiner from Cambridge University for the Oral Exam for English as A Second Language and later invigilating and supervising IGCSE exams for Cambridge University conducted in Jordan.
  • Later, and up till now the Head of The International department fully responsible for the British and The American High School Diploma Program

Goal Setting

  • Established and took the responsibility of meeting the requirements for the full accreditation for the British & the American Program and supervising the implementation of both programs at Arab Model Schools.
  • Supervised all academic and administrative related issues to different subjects for not less than a staff of 25. teachers from different backgrounds and all enrolled students at the International Department (Approximately 200 students)
  • Helped in establishing Community Service Program and many extra curricula activities such as AMUN, Stock Market, Hour of Code
  • Established clear objectives for all lessons/projects and communicated with students, achieving a total understanding of grading rubric and overall class expectations.

Community Service

I initiated the community service program at the school, established cooperation between students, staff members and different charitable and nonprofit organizations which had a positive impact on both students and the local community.
