• Prioritize and Organize Product Backlog: Prioritize and structure the product backlog based on business value, technical complexity, and stakeholder input.
• Lead Sprint Planning and Review: Facilitate sprint planning meetings, define user stories, and participate in sprint reviews to ensure successful delivery of features.
• Resolve Technical Issues: Address and resolve any technical or project-related issues that arise during the development lifecycle.
• Mentor Junior Team Members: Provide mentorship to new hires and junior team members, reviewing their analyses and guiding them through workflow design.
• Review and Guide Analyses: Conduct reviews of analyses performed by team members, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project goals.
• Lead Flow Design and Prioritization: Take the lead in designing workflows and work closely with project managers to refine prioritization and project direction.
• Prepare Generic Product Documentation: Create generic documentation, such as feature lists, for use within the product department.
• Conduct Domain-Based Sizing Studies: Perform domain-specific sizing studies to support project planning and resource allocation.
