- As the Senior Accounting Specialist, I manage our financial process for our Gold Mining Facilities Accounting Team at overseas HQ located in city of Monrovia, Liberia
- Engaging with various teams at cross-functions, I have taken the lead to identify chronical data quality issue extending over the past 10 years of company’s history, therefore implemented and managed proper DQ structure and setup a regular reporting to C-suite management, ensuring process is followed by jointly used platform called “Ebismo”
- This project enabled company to find 42.000 of missing documents
- I have taken the responsibility, also delegating my team members, to manage settlements and disputes between our company and local Liberian as well as international partners
- Since Liberian companies in general lacked proper online infrastructure and documentation – I have visited our local vendors one by one on regular basis to obtain said documents as a hard-copy format
- I have aligned with warehouse teams to ensure records of stocks are properly in place and process of regulating the records were also followed
- By ensuring recepits of the stocks corresponded to correct warehouse, cost center and the right unit, I have achieved a robust and efficient process.
