  • Company Overview: BLUM was founded in Austria in 1952 and is one of the leading manufacturers in the field of furniture accessories worldwide.
  • I am involved in all stages of sales and process management within the company. My customer portfolio includes dealers and industrial customers from the Aegean and Mediterranean regions, as well as large industrial customers placing direct orders from Austria.
  • I oversee all stages from the quotation phase, stock control, customer account control, order processing, invoicing, and shipping. Additionally, I provide support by establishing the necessary communication between the manufacturer and the customer to resolve any potential issues that may arise after sales.
  • Thanks to the detailed product training I have received, I can suggest alternative products to our customers when necessary. I have taken responsibility for the entire process from presenting quotations, processing orders, receiving orders from abroad to Turkey, and delivering them to the end user.
  • In 2018, our company transitioned from the Navision system to SAP, and I served as a Key User on the Sales side throughout this process. I conducted tests, provided training for the transition to live use, and trained my colleagues who would use the same system in the office.
  • For customers placing direct orders from Austria, I occasionally process annual planning orders. I constantly communicate with our headquarters in Austria to ensure these orders are produced and shipped at the right time on the requested dates.

  • My responsibilities in the company included tracking regular needs and making necessary evaluations to ensure customer satisfaction during and after the sales process. Additionally, I conducted research to bring in new manufacturers and took responsibility for organizing processes related to the headquarters of the company, which is based abroad.

  • I reorginised the departent and bidding system in 3 months to bee ale to join the biggest bidding in Turkey in that area, and company won the bidding for three year contract from Government. This was the first win and the biggest achievement for thhe company.

  • Company Overview: The company is one of the four company who is a “Gold Partner” of Hewlett-Packard (HP) in Turkey.
  • In this company I was responsible of the processes for the auctions of Governmental Material Requirements.
  • Following the auction lists and search for the suitable ones which my company could participate. Preparing the need list. According to the needs, connecting departments which are related to the product list, following up the paperworks to make it ready for the accuation day and participating to accuation meetings and coordinate the departments about the contract substances to reach to the success was some of my jobs about the auctions.
  • Having responsibility in preparing product list which aimed to be in the web site e-catalog of “Government Material Office”. The catalog includes products specifications, pricings, inventory levels and discounts lists.
  • I’ve got the certificate of qualification to handling the accuations which designed, organised and given by Government Accuation Department by entering the course and entering the final exams which was succesfull.
