I began my career at Getir, one of Turkey's leading tech startups, where I managed operations and sharpened my skills in rapid decision-making, real-time crisis management, and cross-functional coordination.

Later, at Çelebi, I collaborated closely with senior management on data collection, analysis, and strategic planning, leading end-to-end project management initiatives and contributing to financial decision-making, development processes, and interdepartmental coordination.

Throughout my career, I have focused on resource optimization, lean work principles, and practical problem-solving by adapting effective strategies to dynamic field conditions. Driven by curiosity, I am always eager to explore emerging technologies, innovative tools, and new methodologies, leveraging deep research and diverse perspectives to overcome complex challenges and deliver impactful results.
