- Manage and report quality activities and daily non-compliances
- Take and implement all kinds of measures related to occupational safety, product safety and product quality in all business activities
- Leading periodical internal audits in relevant zones (process, laboratory etc) and ensure HACCP, GMP are applied
- On-site verification of process flows, creation/updating and control of production line hazard analysis
- Ensure the implementation and development of the quality management system
- Responsible for periodic training/follow-up of all employees on CCP (Critical Control Point), hygiene certification, allergen and food safety issues
- Lead for microbiological team and communicate with the departments to take preventive and corrective actions for quality non-conformances
- Taking up decisions about holding / releasing products or raw materials based on tests/analysis results
- Participating in supplier audits together with the supplier development department and checking the quality competencies of the companies
- Communicate with all relevant units for customer complaints, conduct the necessary research and provide answers to technical questions together with the production and process control teams
- Implementation of root-cause analysis, counter-measures and Corrective actions
- Audit follow up, preparation of compliance spreadsheets and issue them in QDMS
- Work with group quality team, production, maintenance and R&D teams in identifying and executing process improvements about quality projects
- Participate audits of BRC, HALAL, ISO 9001, ISO 22000 and TSE
- Realization of the full range of microbiological studies of the products, semi-finished products, raw materials, environmental swabs, water and air from all forms of product and dairy plant regulated by Standards
- Preparation of microbiological classification of the production lines, interpretation of the reports and implementation of risk analysis
- Ensure that external laboratory analyzes are carried out in accordance with the quality plan.
