Through my senior project, I gained comprehensive experience in the design and development of a plastic shredder machine, encompassing the full spectrum of engineering and manufacturing processes. I obtained a skill of CAD modeling and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to create and validate detailed designs, ensuring the structural integrity and operational efficiency of the machine. My work included the careful selection of materials for both the blades and the machine's frame, balancing strength, durability, and cost considerations. I designed key components such as the blades and shaft, optimized the gear ratio for effective shredding, and calculated the necessary torque and rotational speed. I also developed practical manufacturing skills, from prototyping and assembly to performance testing and optimization. This project honed my problem-solving abilities, enhanced my project management capabilities, and provided a thorough understanding of the complete design engineering process, from initial concept through to final manufacturing and testing.

• During my internship, I gained valuable experience in the manufacturing of products using polymers and rubbers, mastering techniques such as press machines. I worked on developing a solar system-based project to provide heating for factory machines, transitioning from boiler heating to electric heating. I learned the entire factory operation process, from raw material procurement to production. Additionally, I collaborated with an R&D team to install solar systems, enhancing my understanding of sustainable energy solutions. This internship also allowed me to develop cost analysis and management skills, providing a comprehensive insight into efficient manufacturing practices.

• During my internship at PAC KAMRA Airforce, I gained extensive hands-on experience in advanced manufacturing techniques, particularly through my involvement in the production of the JF-17 Thunder fighter jet. I mastered key processes such as chip removal, heat treatment, surface treatment, welding, and operating CNC machines. Additionally, I enhanced my CAD design skills using CATIA, creating detailed 3D models and performing simulations. My experience also extended to learning about the operational principles and maintenance of boilers and HVAC systems. This internship provided a comprehensive understanding of aerospace manufacturing and the integration of various engineering disciplines, significantly contributing to my technical skills and problem-solving abilities.

As a Medical Advisor , I served as a consultant for clients seeking dental, gastric, aesthetic surgeries, and hair transplants. Additionally, I was responsible for sales, using my communication and persuasion skills to convince clients for their surgeries. This experience honed my ability to build trust with clients, effectively communicate medical information, and drive successful outcomes for both the clients and the clinic.

In designing an electric scooter, I gained comprehensive experience in several key areas of mechanical engineering. I was responsible for the design of critical components such as the shaft, various parts, and the selection of appropriate bearings. This involved creating detailed CAD designs and performing precise mechanical calculations to ensure optimal performance and safety. Additionally, I focused on material selection to balance durability, weight, and cost-effectiveness. This project allowed me to apply my technical skills in CAD design, mechanical calculations, and materials science, providing a robust understanding of the design and development process for electric scooters.

I worked on a project on space wear materials, focusing on identifying the most suitable materials for use in space environments. My research included a thorough cost analysis and material selection process, evaluating factors such as durability, performance, and economic feasibility.
