Within our organization, I was responsible for overseeing and managing corporate document processes for users, as well as coordinating second-hand product procedures. This included preparing the necessary documentation, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, conducting correspondence with relevant institutions, and ensuring the complete and accurate execution of all processes. Additionally, I organized second-hand purchasing and sales transactions, transfer procedures, pricing, and user communication to ensure a smooth and compliant process both legally and operationally.
I was responsible for managing a 25-person operational team. While coordinating the daily workflow, I monitored team performance and worked on initiatives to increase efficiency. I conducted negotiations with business partners on behalf of our organization and oversaw the process from start to finish.
