Nelson Mandela once said, "İ never lose. I either win or learn". This is my life motto. I spent most of my time as Video Journalist in most war zones or conflict zones on the field and managing teams as a Senior producer competing with rivals. At some stage, realized that no one is better than or worse than. That's why I made a habit of celebrating victories when reach goals. On the other hand, learned to learn from mistakes when lose a story against opponents. So I've always been the winner! During professional journalism and management, I trained many young talents and brought them into the professional working industry. Together with them, I planned, developed, and implemented projects for the international news agency Reuters. Bobby Unser once said, "Success is where preparation and opportunity meet". It was the time for "Change". After 27 years in journalism, I've seen firsthand the power of storytelling to inform, engage, and inspire people. But I've also seen how change can be difficult, especially when people don't understand why it's happening or how it will affect them. That's why I'm excited to shift focus to change management training which believing that by helping people understand the change process and providing them with the support they need, we can make change more successful and less disruptive. So I was ready for another exciting journey as a Professional Change Management trainer and consultant for projects in the business world. I believe that to be successful, I have to add value to people. I have to offer products and services that make people's lives better. At this point, Prosci is the solution to my desire. I have strong project management skills with a proven record, interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills. In my previous role as a journalist, I developed strong communication and storytelling skills. I'm also skilled at building relationships and working with people from different backgrounds. These skills will be invaluable in new role as a change management trainer.
