- To determine the annual base station investment needs of the provinces in the area of responsibility and to design master plans together with central planning groups.
- To implement province-based base station rollout plans together with the relevant PMP and site implementation groups.
- As Turkey's 3rd operator, carrying out technical site survey studies with relevant groups to open hundreds of base stations annually in line with an aggressive rollout target to close the gap with competitors.
- To create Atoll coverage prediction maps to meet the official coverage demand criteria of BTK, the government agency that oversees mobile operators in Turkey.
