To improve performance in LINQ queries, I developed a solution using stack and heap structures to detect and fill navigation properties dynamically. Instead of using include in the initial query, I retrieved the entity with an empty structure and later filled all navigations simultaneously through a custom extension. This approach reduced query times for large, complex entities from 25-30 seconds to under 1 second, significantly boosting performance.
