• During his three years on the Seller Core team, he contributed to the development of
various applications for sellers, such as those for commission calculation, notifications,

announcements, store-based video management, neighbourhood star management,
and user segmentation.
He spearheaded the re-platforming of the Notification and Neighbourhood Star
Management applications, successfully transitioning them to event-driven architectures
using DDD principles and achieving a significant improvement in application
performance and scalability.
• Organised data centre and application migrations (services, databases and Kafka)
with zero downtime and efficient resource utilisation during infrastructure migrations,
leveraging strong communication, meticulous documentation and organisational skills.
• Worked actively in a high-traffic Trendyol Mobile BFF team for two years. He ensured a
smooth transition to mobile teams by migrating Java BFF services (30–40 k RPS load) to
the SFX Framework Go framework.
• Built a collaborative team environment and actively supported team growth through
retrospectives, regular one-to-one meetings, and providing feedback to develop
leadership qualities.
• Implemented agile development practices aligned with project requirements.
• Provided leadership and mentorship to new hires.• Seller Core ekibinde 3 yıl içerisinde komisyon hesaplaması, bildirimler, duyurular, store bazlı video yönetimi , semtin yıldızı yönetimi ve kullanıcı segmentasyonu gibi çeşitli satıcıya yönelik uygulamaların geliştirilmesine katkıda bulundu.

• Bildirim ve Semtin Yıldızı Yönetimi uygulamalarının yeniden platformlandırılmasına öncülük ederek, DDD prensiplerini kullanarak event-driven mimarilere başarılı bir şekilde geçiş sağladı uygulama performansında ve ölçeklenebilirliğinde önemli bir iyileştirme elde etti.

• Altyapı geçişlerinde sıfır kesinti süresi ve verimli kaynak kullanımıyla data-center ve uygulama geçişlerini (services, databases, Kafka) organize etti, güçlü iletişim, titiz dokümantasyon ve organizasyon becerilerinden yararlandı.

• Yüksek trafikli Trendyol Mobile BFF ekibinde 2 yıl aktif olarak çalıştı. Java BFF hizmetlerinin (30-40k RPS yük alan) SFX Framework Go çerçevesine geçişini sağlayarak mobil ekiplere sorunsuz bir geçiş sağladı.

• İşbirlikçi bir ekip ortamı oluşturdu ve liderlik özelliklerini geliştirmek için retrospektifler, düzenli birebir görüşmeler ve geri bildirim yoluyla ekip büyümesini aktif olarak destekledi.

• Proje gereksinimleriyle uyumlu çevik geliştirme uygulamaları uyguladı.
