Gobritanya is a student accommodation agency with plenty of student residences in the United Kingdom and Ireland and the company is based in Central London. My duty is to meet with agents and direct students to try to find a suitable residence among their expectations and budgets. It is curial to understand the needs of people correctly and respond promptly to all questions and requests. Besides, problem-solving and finding solutions quickly are the biggest part of my job because I need to handle all processes easily and try to present excellent stay experience to increase our company’s capacity. My goal is to improve our agency relations and try to explain our business; that's why I visit agents' offices, attend virtual events and fairs for the education sector. I am also actively involved in areas such as marketing for my region, the use of social media, and announcements of campaigns.

I worked as a Senior Consultant at the company's Ankara branch, and I was the authority for the academic advisor in the office. I specialized in High School Exchange Programs, Language Schools, Undergraduate and Graduate Levels. I informed students who want to study in these fields by making career planning and informing them about suitable schools. In addition, I arranged and managed all application and accommodation processes to finalize their applications. I created solutions for the problems that are or may be experienced by contacting the schools directly. The main part of my job was to work closely with language schools and universities and to create a structure that would guide my students by training them on their schools and programs.

I worked in Orbis Educational Consultancy as an Educational Consultant in the Ankara branch since December 2019. I had been working as an academic advisor for people who need to take advice in their education life. My tasks are establishing and promoting expectations and professional relationships with students and educational partners. As a part of my job, I work with different countries and cultures and as a consequence that I am able to communicate with people easily. Within the scope of my work, I am able to speak English fluently and have advanced capability in problem-solving, public relations and teamwork management.

I started to work at the Ankara branch of Gateway Management Logistic INC. in 2016 and transferred to New Delhi, India as an Operation Supervisor in March 2019. The company that I have worked for manages tasks related to visa, passport, identity management and other citizen services for its client governments. My role was to manage end to end operations of the VAC whilst ensuring quality and cost-saving, ensure compliance to the set processes, and manage people to bring the best efficiency out of them and to ensure administration & logistics of passport delivery to embassy/ applicant /logistics company. In addition to all of the above, my role was to answer the applicants' questions about the application process by e-mail and call. In this context, I was leading a team of 14 staff at the company's New Delhi branch.

I worked as a member of the team for Visa Operation Supervisor. I was responsible for providing the applicant with advice and guidance on how best to obtain required documentation and how to complete this process smoothly. Furthermore, my role was to present the passports and documents of the applicants to the embassies and consulates, and then to hand over them to the applicants.
