I am a driven and accomplished professional with a diverse background that includes a range of educational and work experiences. I was born and raised in Biga, Çanakkale, Türkiye, and early on developed a passion for web and graphic design. I pursued this interest in high school and later earned a BA in French Language & Literature.

Following my studies, I worked as a French instructor at the Public Education Center, where I gained invaluable experience in education and language instruction. Today, I bring this knowledge and expertise to my current role as an Online Sales and Customer Operations Assistant at Decorotika, where I am responsible for managing the French-speaking zone and the United Kingdom.

In this role, I leverage my language skills and customer service experience to provide top-notch support to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving sales growth. I am constantly seeking to expand my knowledge and skills, and I am committed to delivering the highest level of service to my customers and colleagues alike.
