

After years in the corporate world, I embraced a career shift by listening to my body and prioritizing well-being. As a recreation specialist and wellness coach, I have been guiding individuals toward sustainable health transformations since 2021. For nearly a year, I have also collaborated with a Functional Medicine doctor and a dietitian at a private hospital, where I contribute one day a week to supporting clients in achieving holistic well-being. With a background in recreation, nutrition, exercise, psychology, stress management, and time management—complemented by coaching training and a positive psychology perspective—I help individuals cultivate balance, resilience, and a healthier lifestyle.
Through the Embracing Myself Workshop, we offer corporate and individual sessions on stress management, functional living (sleep, exercise, nutrition), and yoga.
I developed a mindful-based yoga series for retirees that begins with chair exercises and progresses to mat-based poses, incorporating breathing techniques, meditation, and asanas. I explained various yoga styles and poses to students, providing guidance on breathing techniques, meditation, and other key elements of the practice. I designed safe and effective exercise programs tailored to class members and educated clients on the benefits of a consistent yoga practice, such as stress reduction, improved flexibility, and enhanced mental clarity. These classes are designed to be accessed online, allowing participants to join from the comfort of their own homes.
In 2013, shortly after becoming a certified yoga instructor, I began offering private lessons, which allowed me to deepen my knowledge and refine my skills by directly applying what I had learned in a personalized setting.
