  • Monitoring and verifying that root cause, correction, corrective actions, and improvements are taken by manager responsible in response to any finding of noncompliance or recommendation resulting from reporting system, internal or external 3rd party audits,
  • Reviewing all performed audits, receiving reports to determine internal and external weak areas, and giving high priority for auditing of these areas,
  • Reporting all audit activities, status reports, analysis, and related information to Accountable Manager as monthly,
