Gülşen İnal

I graduated from Yıldız University, Kocaeli Faculty of Engineering, Electrical Engineering Department in 1989. Between 1991 and 2006, I worked as an electrical engineer in Ağrı, Kırıkkale, and Ankara within the General Directorate of Village Services. I actively managed the entire process from the preparation of electrical projects for medium and low-voltage power transmission lines, administrative buildings, social facilities, and lodgings in the institution's investment program to their tendering and implementation under public procurement laws, including overseeing engineering supervision and finalizing payments. In 2006, I resigned to work more actively and efficiently. I served as the Company Director at Alpena Banyo Dünyası Ltd. Şti., one of the companies under Alpena Group, managing renovation and decoration projects in residences and facilities such as Novotel and Ibis Hotels, as well as overseeing the wood production department. In 2013, I took on the roles of Company Director and Wood Production and Planning Manager at Kuçina Ltd. Şti., a Hafele Quality Point company in which I was a partner. Since 2015, I have been actively involved in non-governmental organizations. I have served as the Chairperson of the Board of Directors at Başkent Culture and Art Development and Support Association (BKSDER), President of the Women’s Assembly of Yenimahalle City Council, and Member of the Executive Board of Yenimahalle City Council. Currently, I am a Member of the Executive Board of the Ostim Industrialists and Business People Association (OSİAD) and provide training in various NGOs focusing on women's issues. Currently, I am the Company Director at Alpena Ltd. Şti. and the President of S.S. Ankazen Women's Cooperative.
