• As the Technical Manager of the Projects, defining and managing the Budget & Schedule & Scope and Cost targets of Lean projects.

• Re-design of plant layout according to APS Lean Tools (Autoliv Production System) and Target Conditions
• Maintenance Budget and Capex-Investment budget preparation and management
• Coordination of TPM Studies for zero-breakdown lines (Autonomous and Planned Maintenance)
• Leading the team for poka-yoke and jidoka solutions with the target of Quality built in at point of value added
• Design and create U-Shaped Cells and parallel man-machine lines
• Supporting and training the team on P-FMEA

• Preparation of the calculation base of the Production Online Monitoring system to follow up main industrial KPI's (OEE, Manufacturing Defect Rate, Value added and Non-value added times)
• Drawing VSM's and Lead Time follow up method development as periodic
• Review and improve of suggestion system
• Work sampling studies.

Started to working as the first Method Engineer of the company which was at the begining of lean transformation, so I led all lean and industrial engineering work. Promoted as "Method Team Leader" and later as "Engineering & Kaizen Manager" with the establishment of the department

• Coordinate and Support Lean Six sigma green belt project teams
• Creating Lean Culture and Transformation of the company with consultancy mentorship.
• Drawing VSM (value stream mapping) of production lines and defining wastes and solve bottlenecks. Re-designing of material and information flow
• MixModel assembly line balancing studies according to takt time
• Analysing and Optimising of production lines by using simulation methods
