Event Management:
Oversee all aspects of event planning and execution, including venue selection, contracting, and logistics for events.
Act as the main point of contact (POC) for venue management, logistics, and food and beverage (F&B) orders.
Manage pre-event, onsite execution, and post-event follow-up for events.
Conduct site selection and site visits, including hotels and independent activities, ensuring venues meet event standards.
Budget Management:
Create, manage, and reconcile event budgets, optimizing spending while adhering to financial targets.
Collaborate with the Production Financial Analyst to ensure fiscal responsibility and post-event reconciliations.
Team Leadership & Vendor Management:
Oversee event staff, ensuring they are well-supported, trained, and prepared to deliver at the highest level.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and venue managers.
Negotiate contracts for accommodations, meeting spaces, F&B, equipment, and other event elements to ensure favorable terms.
Logistics Coordination:
Manage complex logistics activities for clients.
Technical Production Support:
Collaborate with audio-visual vendors and technical production teams to ensure seamless execution of sound, lighting, and other production elements.
Process & Systems Implementation:
Support Accounts Payable (AP) interactions, including submitting payments, invoices, and expenses for employees, contractors, and vendors.
Procure and manage event supplies, comparing bids and coordinating shipping.
Indoor and Outdoor Marketing Campaigns: Designed and executed innovative marketing campaigns targeting both indoor and outdoor environments, successfully increasing event visibility and engagement among diverse audiences.
Post-Event Analysis:
