Transitioned to ETI MACHINERY Company as ERP System Analyst and Database Manager. Lead project team with German Weirhan Company for installation and commissioning of gas concrete plant at AKARMAK in Turkmenistan. Extensive experience in MES Systems, successfully setting up and deploying them at LANDE and RADIM Radiator Company. Actively contributed to development process of supply management software for ROKETSAN.
8 years of software development expertise using C# .NET Core framework and various databases such as SQL, Redis, and MongoDB. Deep understanding of RESTful architecture and implemented robust security measures using JWT tokens. Projects consistently delivered high-quality results leveraging CQRS pattern and MediatR libraries. Developed applications utilizing RabbitMQ for microservices architectures.
Currently focused on API communication with Gemini and Local AI models to seamlessly integrate AI support into applications.
I am involved in software development activities for the Scienta ERP program, using the correct development methodologies based on customer requirements. Some of these projects include integrating open banking systems to retrieve bank information via web APIs and processing it as accounting records in the ERP program. Another project involves setting up a supplier management system for Roketsan by integrating the ERP programs used by suppliers and monitoring and reporting the status of active orders through a program I developed using .Net Core Blazor. Additionally, I am responsible for developing required background tasks using HangFire.

I am leading the project for the control and development of the NETSIS ERP program within Radim Radiator, along with the installation, operation, and development of the Production Tracking Program that works integrated with the ERP system, utilizing the KOBIGEL support program. I am involved in preparing the necessary infrastructure and implementing the Cost Accounting module on the NETSIS ERP program. Additionally, I am developing software solutions needed by the business using C#, focusing on Restful APIs and Web projects.
In addition to these tasks, I facilitated the preparation of the system infrastructure on the ERP system to calculate unit product costs and developed a cost calculation program related to this topic using .Net.
I am responsible for the estimation, design, and calculation of projects in the Pressure Vessels group at Akar Makine, a company operating in the pressure vessels and machinery manufacturing sector. This includes overseeing the manufacturing process, creating the necessary production and resource plans, and ensuring their implementation. Additionally, I am in charge of creating the required systematic and functional workflows to enable coordinated planning activities between departments. Furthermore, I served as the project team leader, alongside the German Weirhan team, in the establishment and commissioning of a gas concrete factory in Turkmenistan.
My responsibilities include the project planning of machines and equipment to be installed at the Eti Gıda factory, incorporating them into the appropriate production schedule, handling the estimation and contract follow-up, ensuring compliance with the defined control steps, and ensuring that the production is carried out within the planned production costs. In addition, I actively participate in both internal and external audit activities conducted annually. I am also involved in the development and management of the Sytline ERP system used within Eti Makine, where my tasks include developing the system and generating management reports based on the planning unit's needs, as well as the requirements of the purchasing and accounting departments, particularly in material requirements planning and resource planning.
Within the Ceramic and Clay Products division, I use the NETSIS ERP program to monitor daily production, develop the system where necessary based on identified gaps in the program, and complete technological advancements. This includes writing the required programs, monitoring stock control on a daily and monthly basis, tracking finished goods inventory, generating monthly activity reports, and creating the necessary interface for storing factory production data in an SQL database. Additionally, I am responsible for creating the production plan, determining material requirements, and preparing production schedules.
