  • Capacity Building Programs in Basra (More than 300 Programs) More than 300 capacity building programs have been designed, implemented and evaluated through NEC training for the Basra community. Conducting a leadership development program which led to a 20% increase in the effectiveness of local community leaders.
  • IT Project Management for Warka Bank We have successfully managed more than 20 IT projects for Warka Bank, including the design and implementation of wireless intranet networks between branches. A wireless communications system was implemented, enhancing communication and efficiency between branches by 30%.
  • Oilfield ISP Projects (Samsung, Lukoil, GETR) Led the design, implementation and support of ISP projects for major oil companies such as Samsung, Lukoil and GETR.
