  - Rail CBTC Signalling, Communication, Automatic fare collection, Operation Control Center and Traction substation systems.

• Executed and delivered all Electro-mechanical systems of Osman Gazi Bridge, the 4th longest Suspension Bridge around the world.
• Involved during bid phase and initiated the project from beginning. Executed the Project through out the entire project life cycle and settled all claim and variation orders.
• Ensured that all project management processes are carried out in accordance with the project management guide, and upon completion, it was nominated for Siemens' Project Management Excellence awards. (During evaluation period, left the company but Project achieved to receive the Award.)
• Improved the Project gross margin as %15 by efficient cost management, contract and claim management, resource management and design / engineering optimization.

• Managed and executed 4 different Rail Projects Contracts in same time as fully responsible Project Manager.
• 2 Rail Electrification and SCADA, 2 Rail Signalling Contracts for North and South extension of Istanbul M2 line, including CBTC modernization / refurbishment of existing rail Signalling system.
• Ensured several partial acceptances and openings during 9 years of the Project with full satisfaction of EPC Contractors and End customer (Istanbul Municipality) as well as Metro Istanbul, Operator Company.
• Maintained the targeted gross margin despite long period of time extension by implementing sufficient cost and cash management, resource optimization, variation order and claim negotiations.
• Ensured no impact to existing passenger operation during implementation of rail signalling modernization / renovation / migration works.

Deputy Project Manager and E&M Coordinator of BursaRay (Bursa LRT) Section-B Project (Full Turnkey Project)

Project scope; 5 km double tracks Light Rail system, 6 stations, 2 traction substations, Trackwork, System engineering, Signalling and telecommunications, Power supply and Overhead Contact line, SCADA, Improvement of Section A (additional escalators, CCTV for at grade stations)

• Coordinated Electromechanical works with Consortium partner.
• Managed all interface between the Rail systems and civil works. (Signalling, Power Supply, Trackwork, Civil works, Telecom etc)
• Executed and managed Power Supply work package (Traction, Medium Voltage, Low Voltage, Lighting, earthing, stray current) as Subsystem Project Manager from design and engineering phase till commissioning and project acceptance phase, including procurement, subcontracting and site works.
• Supported to Overall Project Manager for implementation and following of project management process, guidelines and templates.

Project Manager of BursaRay Tunnel Ventilation Power Supply Project

• Coordinated the site works and procurement for Power Supply (Medium Voltage and
  DC traction) and Overhead line Catenary workpackages.
