  • Use of Material Studio: Learned and implemented molecular dynamics simulations using the Material Studio program.
  • Simulation of Si-Doped Graphene: Performed molecular dynamics simulations on Silicon Doped Graphene as Anode in Lithium-Ion Batteries.This project investigates the structural, electrical, and functional consequences of silicon doping in graphene using both theoretical and computational approaches. Si-doped graphene exhibits distinct structural alterations as silicon atoms select locations. In order to study the characteristics of silicon-doped graphene for possible usage in lithium-ion batteries, this project applies molecular simulations and density functional theory (DFT) computations. With an emphasis on improving battery performance, the study attempts to clarify the impact of silicon incorporation on the structural and electrical properties of graphene.
  • Literature Review: Conducted a comprehensive literature review for my project and reviewed relevant articles.
  • Report Writing: Prepared a detailed report containing the results of my project.
  • Presentation Preparation: Presented the findings and results of my project to the professors consisting of 3 jury members.
  • Data Analysis: By analyzing the simulation results, I evaluated how the graphene material changes with Si-doping.
  • Project Management: Planned the project process, followed it and completed it on time.
