• Took the role as RESORT MANAGER during the Pre-Opening phase for the new Resort BIJAL in ultra Luxury Segment, located in Sorgun/Manavgat. Some of my responsibilities were Recruitment and Staffing, Developing and implementing of SOP's, Coordinating with construction Teams and Maintenance teams to ensure that all facilities and amenities are in best condition for guests, collaborating with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, advertising strategies, and online presence to attract potential guests and build brand awareness, Designing guest experience programs, activities, and special packages to create memorable stays and encourage repeat business, developing protocols for handling guest complaints, resolving issues, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

• Responsible for Kids Club, Fitness Center, Tennis, CSR, Marine Biology and Art Studio operations to achieve the highest possible levels of guest satisfaction
• Budgeting yearly expenses and creating revenues, new experiences and monitoring the success of the activities through the number of participants per scheduled event and through guests' feedback
• Making necessary adjustments to maintain top quality, fun filled and original programs for hotel guests during daytime and evenings.

• Responsible for planning, creating and implementing daytime and evening entertainment for children and adults, including stage shows, special events and experiences, I was also responsible for the Resort's Aquapark and Tennis events
• Having one of the biggest tennis centers in the world with 55 tennis courts I was in charge of organizing official national and international tournaments/events.(FED CUP, DAVIS CUP, WHEELCHAIR WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP Etc.)

Responsible for planning, creating and implementing daytime and evening entertainment for children and adults, including stage shows, special events and experiences.
