  • -Contribute developing Nutrition&Community health program main objectives, strategies, structures, policies, and guidelines.
  • -Contribute providing Nurriion&Community health program planning, including covering geographical areas, upgrading the program response.

  • Contribute to develop and implement Nutrition and community health proposals
  • -Supervise conducting surveys and assessments to identify community needs for nutrition and health services.
  • -Participating in the development of action plans and programs aimed at improving the nutritional and health status of the community.
  • -Contribute to the preparation of the training package for the community health program under the supervision of the World Health Organization
  • -Participate in the implementation of the training of trainers course for the community health program under the supervision of the World Health Organization
  • -Follow up quality control through field supervision, follow up on the progress of indicators and achievement, supervise the applying of the protocols and SOPs of UNICEF, WFP, WHO
  • -Coordinate with other departments in UOSSM (Meal, Projects dep, Supply chain, Grants....) during planning and implementing nutrition and community health projects
  • -Technical Performance Evaluation
  • -Reviewing the quality of services provided by teams and ensuring adherence to technical standards and protocols.
  • -Using specific evaluation tools to collect and analyze data to assess performance.
  • -Providing recommendations for quality improvement based on monitoring results.
  • -Prepare and review periodic reports for Cluster and other donors
  • -Conduct periodic meetings for the technical staff of nutrition and community health programs
  • -Develop plans and structures for technical supervision mechanisms
  • -Provide continuous technical support to the program’s technical team
  • -Define mechanisms and tools for technical evaluation of the team’s efficiency periodically
  • -Contribute to the lean plans by providing technical tools and tracking tools during the data collection process

  • -Technical Supervision of the Nutrition and Community Health Program Teams for UOSSM
  • -Oversee the implementation of Nutrition and Community Health projects, ensuring adherence to UNICEF and WHO protocols and standards.

  • -Prepare technical monthly reports for UNICEF and the Nutrition Cluster (4Ws), as well as narrative reports for donors.
  • -Participate in Nutrition Cluster meetings and TWGs (IYCF.CMAM,RRT,..)
  • -Participate in WHO technical working groups CHWs, RCCE...
  • -Provide technical input in the preparation of Nutrition and Community Health proposals in collaboration with the grants department.
