  • In New Projects Clio 6 and Duster projects, I provide analysis and solution of ECU errors on vehicle electronics and communication systems.


My team has a Clio 5,a Megane and new project vehicle Clio 6.

  • I am responsible two vehicle for testing the software and hardware functions of the ECU, monitoring input and output signals to verify if the ECU delivers the expected responses, and evaluating the software's performance
  • In mass production (Clio 5 and Megane), I quickly identify electronic and communication-related problems and provide technical support to the solution processes.
  • I interpret and apply all technical documents of E/E architecture (wiring diagram, parts and location files, grounding points) at an advanced level.
  • I prepare tool validation plans, manage test processes and report the results.
    I collect and analyze CAN, LIN and Ethernet logs from vehicles using advanced diagnostic tools such as DDT, CANalyzer ECU & Network Analysis (CANoe)
  • I manage the reflashing processes of VC, PT, and PPC tools, create software updates, and test their integration into production.
    I perform in-depth analysis and applications on E/E architectures and communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet, DoIP, UDS).
  • I provide the necessary test equipment (harness, measurement equipment, etc.) for analysis and validation in new vehicle projects and commission them in the field.
    I prepare and implement electronic checklists and manage the control and reporting processes of project vehicles.
  • I develop and actively use test and analysis programs for ECU software validation, calibration, and configuration.
    I contribute to field and laboratory tests using Vector CAN, LIN, DoIP and UDS protocols in the integration of ADAS functions and static/dynamic testing processes.
    In new vehicle projects, I take an active role in all technical processes from the planning of electronic processes to the mass production phase.
  • I perform electrical and electronic fault analysis, implement SIDIS control programs ,and contribute to the development of electronic control tools.
  • I played a key role in the installation of 110 Siemens SmartPlug devices; I installed boot macro and framework software, completed fault analysis and line/vehicle tests and commissioned the devices in the field.

R&D INTERN

  • Took part in the Ka-Band National Communication Hub System and Modem Development Project in collaboration with TURKSAT, TUSAŞ, and TÜBİTAK.
  • Conducted technical research on satellite communication systems in line with project objectives and supervisor guidelines.
  • Developed and implemented MATLAB algorithms for Link Budget calculations, power loss analysis, and generated comprehensive simulation outputs.
  • Created MATLAB models for analyzing sunlight incidence on satellite surfaces, applying solid angle theory and the Monte Carlo method to assess thermal effects
  • I completed my internship by spending 50% of my time researching and learning about systems, and 50% performing MATLAB calculations.
