I took an active role in the bid preparation process at AKA SU Technologies. The bids I prepared were in the form of technical specifications and included detailed engineering calculations. I gained experience in customer and supplier relations by exploring the equipment and processes used in water treatment systems. I also witnessed the installation process of the CRM program, observed customer management processes and learned the basic principles of its use.

During the summer internship, I experienced process engineering operations and the challenges and solutions of a factory. I learned the operating principles of the equipment and had the opportunity to observe the process steps from trona ore to soda production. I completed my internship by writing mass and energy balances.

I had the opportunity to learn and experience basic laboratory concepts in petrochemical field. I performed flash point, cloud point, density and viscosity measurements in diesel analysis, XRD analysis of solid samples and acidity, pH and density tests for refinery environmental pollution measurements. I gained experience in preparing informative reports on parameter measurements. I completed the process by making presentations on oil refinery.

In this internship, where I had the opportunity to learn the basic principles of the power generation sector, I observed the application processes of the basic parameters of the power plant samples. I examined the resin cleaning system at Elektrik Üretim A.Ş. in detail.
